As the owner of this website we comply scrupulously with all the regulations regarding data protection that are applicable to us and we have implemented all the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee an adequate level of security to the risk, thus avoiding its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access.


3. What data do we collect and how do we use it?


All personal data is collected, stored and shared in compliance with the regulations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation​.


The personal data you provide us will be incorporated into our files and we will only process your personal data as explained in this notice.


We use your personal data according to the type of user you are or the requested service. 


When you request information or interact with us through any communication channels (chat, email, web forms, etc) we will collect your contact details (email address, name, name of your company and phone number) and you may provide additional information. In any case, we will only use this data to solve your request. If you have requested information about our services, we will keep you informed about them, new services or products, from time to time.


4. What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?


We process your data based on your consent when providing details through our website.  You have the right to withdraw consent at any time​.


5. When do we share personal data?


We do not procure noncompliant data lists, store unnecessary data or sell data, we only solicit information that is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities​.

Data only leaves the EU when it is required to support valid business dialogue and with the full consent of the parties involved.


6. Where do we store and process personal data?


All our personal data is stored in our Encrypted Technology Platform with no personal / local storage.


7. How do we secure personal data?


All personal data is stored on Microsoft Azure Cloud, Google, Salesforce, Twilio cloud with no personal or local storage, as such we rely on the security plans of these providers and utilise their security threat capabilities.


8. How long do we keep your personal data for?


We do not hold personal data for any longer than is necessary​.


9. Your rights in relation to personal data


We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:


  • The right to access - You have the right to request DWCC for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service. 

  • The right to rectification - You have the right to request that DWCC correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete information you believe is incomplete. 

  • The right to erasure - You have the right to request that DWCC erase your personal data, under certain conditions. 

  • The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that DWCC restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 

  • The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to DWCC's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 

  • The right to data portability - You have the right to request that DWCC transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

10. Use of automated decision-making and profiling


We do not perform any personal profiling or use any automated bots in our process​.


11. Use of cookies and other technologies


Like many other websites, DWCC’s website uses cookies. ‘Cookies’ are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognise you when you visit.
