COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER - Bristol, UK

This role is a critical part of our Commercial Department and you’ll be accountable for managing a portfolio of diverse and successful client projects. 

 

You’ll have the opportunity to

  • Plan, deliver, and implement complex and cross-functional project plans for our diverse customer base; ultimately ensuring project success by addressing their ever-changing needs and requirements.

  • Ensure project scope and schedule is clear.

  • Monitor cost - quality - time of a projecT.

  • Report to internal and external project stakeholders.

  • Accountable for all required project documentation; compliance and control documents.

  • Manage any project changes effectively  - risk & opportunity management (Identify, Mitigate or Escalate).

  • Responsible for ensuring that all projects are resourced to the right level and skill set.

  • Monitor delivery against project promises (KPIs) in line with project success criteria and manage any associated risks and issues 

  • Accountable for engagement value - reviewing cost per KPI.

  • Accountable for accuracy and compliance of client CRM data - relevant to their project.

  • Accountable for accuracy of project expense reports and invoicing.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated project management experience, ideally gained by working in an agency or consultancy environment.

  • Outstanding project management capabilities (i.e. estimating and planning, risk management, status reporting, budget tracking, benefits analysis, stakeholder management and communication, resource management).

  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology is advantageous.

  • Good knowledge and experience of all stages of the project and programme lifecycle.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex issues concisely and accurately.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; empathetic to cultural differences with the ability to build strong working relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and comfortable with a rapidly changing environment and conflicting priorities.

  • Confident and autonomous systems user, incl. MS Office suite and CRM systems.
