Joining our team and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and executing multi-channel Marketing and Business Development campaigns for our multiple customers.

  • Conduct and delivering high-value business discussions across a global audience via multiple channels (incl. Phone, Email, and Social Media), executing complex solution value selling processes and coordinating next steps with our sales team and customers.

  • Understanding and delivering high-quality business discussions, executing complex solution value selling processes and coordinating next steps with our sales team and customers.

  • Nurturing sales pipelines, engaging with prospects and creating an ideal environment for them to buy from us and our customers.

  • Planning and preparing business presentations and reports to provide feedback about projects to our customers.

  • Updating and maintaining accurate information across various CRM platforms.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in retail, customer service, sales or call centre environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • We are always looking for candidates with additional language skills in order of German, French, Spanish and Italian.
